Portal terms of use
A drafting framework for portal access and use; not yet contractual terms.
This is working draft content, not an approved legal document. It cannot take effect until its factual, operational, and authorised-release blockers are closed. Specialist legal review is recommended for unresolved legal judgements, but is not a certification.

Access and account security
The portal is invitation-only and uses email magic links. Final terms must define who may use an invited account, require users to protect access to their email account and sign-in links, and explain how suspected unauthorised access should be reported.
Portal scope and client agreements
The portal displays project progress, messages, files, site-content controls, and invoice records. It does not collect payment. PearLabs must approve how these portal terms interact with signed proposals, statements of work, and other client agreements, including which document controls if wording differs.
Uploads, content, and acceptable use
Final terms must cover responsibility and permissions for uploaded files and site content, confidentiality expectations, prohibited or unlawful material, safe use of portal features, and PearLabs' response when content or activity creates risk.
Availability, suspension, and offboarding
Service availability, maintenance, support, suspension, termination, data export, deletion, and post-project access need accountable business decisions and approved wording. No service level or continued-access promise is made by this draft.
Legal clauses still required
The operator's legal identity, business-versus-consumer scope, governing law, jurisdiction, intellectual-property terms, warranties, liability limits, and change notification process remain unresolved. They must not be inferred from this page.
