Full PearLabs privacy notice

The PearLabs website hosts the multilingual privacy notice intended to cover both the website and this portal. Portal coverage and final wording remain subject to legal review.

What the portal can hold

Depending on your relationship with PearLabs and how you use the portal, records can include account identity and contact details, quote and project information, messages, uploaded files, site-content changes, invoices, and security or support records.

The PearLabs website and portal use the same database. The final notice must describe how records enter that shared system, who can access them, and how client records stay separated.

Why information is used

Portal records support invitation-only sign-in, quote and project administration, project delivery, client communication, file and content management, invoice records, account support, and platform security. The final notice must map every activity to its validated legal basis.

Retention, service providers, and transfers

We do not keep personal data for longer than we need it. How long that is depends on why we hold it, so we describe the criteria we apply rather than a single fixed period:

  • Quote requests: while we are discussing a possible project with you, and afterwards while there is a realistic prospect of working together.
  • Project data, messages, and files: while your account and our working relationship continue.
  • Invoices and accounting records: for the period Luxembourg accounting and tax law requires. Deleting your account does not remove these.

Removal is currently carried out by us on request or on review, not automatically. You can delete your account from Settings at any time, or ask us to remove your data using the contact details below.

Service-provider identities, sub-processors, hosting locations, and any international-transfer safeguards are not published in this draft. They require a production inventory and legal validation before approval.

Privacy questions and rights requests

The Settings page offers a self-service account export and account-deletion action. Those tools do not replace a formal request or guarantee that every relevant item is included automatically.

To ask a privacy question or make a rights request, email contact@pearlabs.lu. The final notice must describe the verified request process, response timing, and available complaint route.
